Barbara Broccoli and her fellow producer Michael G. Wilson were both awarded CBEs at on Friday.

The sibling duo, who own production company EON Productions, have produced the last nine 007 films – including Casino Royale, Quantum Of Solace, Skyfall, Spectre and .

The pair received their CBE’s from the Duke Of Cambridge, after being included in the 2022 New Years’ Honours List.

It comes after Barbara and Michael were previously honoured with OBEs in 2008, with them now holding the highest ranking Order of the British Empire – excluding a knighthood or damehood.

The pair have a long-standing history with the royals, as they were snapped alongside The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Kate and William, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, and Prince Charles at the world premiere of No Time To Die.

And the franchise isn’t short of awards, as their collection of Bond films have picked up of awards over the years including the Bafta for outstanding British film for 2012’s Skyfall.
